Before your event, all clients are required to review and agree to our Liability Waiver & Service Agreement. This document outlines important safety guidelines, responsibilities, and policies to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We recommend reviewing it carefully prior to booking.

Assumption of Risk

Client understands that participation in video gaming activities inside and around the mobile game truck involves certain risks, including but not limited to motion sickness, minor injuries, slips, trips, or falls. Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation for themselves and their guests.

Release of Liability

Client agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless We Got Motion, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the services provided, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

Supervision Responsibility

Client is responsible for the supervision and behavior of all guests, including minors, during the event. We Got Motion staff will manage gaming activities but are not responsible for overall supervision or discipline of participants.

Safety Rules

All participants must follow instructions given by We Got Motion staff. Unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the gaming truck without refund.

Property Damage

Client agrees to be financially responsible for any damage to the game truck, gaming systems, equipment, or surrounding property caused by the Client or their guests due to misuse, negligence, or intentional actions.

Weather & Parking Requirements

Client agrees to provide a safe, legal, and accessible parking location for the game truck. We Got Motion reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions, hazardous environments, or inadequate setup space.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted with adequate notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made within [insert timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] of the event may result in forfeiture of payment.

Photo & Video Release

Client grants We Got Motion permission to take photos or videos during the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

Agreement By signing below, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this waiver and release of liability.
