Whether you're planning a company party, team-building event, product launch, or client appreciation night, we deliver high-energy entertainment that keeps your guests engaged and talking long after the event ends. Our professional setup, seamless coordination, and dynamic experiences are designed to match your brand and elevate your event to the next level. ***Gameplay rotations are organized in 15 minute increments with a maximum of 15 guests per session. *3 Hours *Full Gaming Setup *9 Game Stations *PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch *LED Lighting *Premium Surround System *On-Site Game Coach A signed Liability Waiver and Service Agreement is required for all bookings. By reserving an event with We Got Motion Game Truck, you acknowledge that these documents must be completed and signed prior to the event. Failure to submit the required signed forms may result in a delay, cancellation, or forfeiture of the event without a refund, in accordance with our booking policies.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation Process - **Booking:** Customers can book the mobile game truck by visiting our website or contacting our customer service. A booking request will require the date, time, and location of the event. - **Confirmation:** All bookings will be confirmed via email within 48 hours. If the requested date is unavailable, an alternative date will be offered. Payment Terms - **Deposit:** A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. - **Final Payment:** The remaining balance is due 7 days before event. We accept debit cards, credit cards, ACH payments and Klarna only. - **Additional Fees:** Any additional services or extended hours will incur extra charges, which will be communicated prior to the event. Cancellation Policy - **Customer Cancellation:** If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the event. - **Company Cancellation:** We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund of any payments made. Rescheduling Policy - Customers may reschedule their booking with a 24 hour notice without penalty and the paid deposit will applied to the new event. Event Guidelines - **Setup Requirements:** The mobile game truck requires a clear and accessible area at least 40 feet for setup. Customers must ensure that the location meets these requirements. - **Safety Regulations:** All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by the staff. The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not following these guidelines. Liability Waiver - All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to using the game truck.
