Reservation Process - **Booking:** Customers can book the mobile game truck by visiting our website or contacting our customer service. A booking request will require the date, time, and location of the event. - **Confirmation:** All bookings will be confirmed via email within 48 hours. If the requested date is unavailable, an alternative date will be offered. Payment Terms - **Deposit:** A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. - **Final Payment:** The remaining balance is due the day of the event and must be paid before gamers enter the Game Truck. We accept electronic payments and cash only. - **Additional Fees:** Any additional services or extended hours will incur extra charges, which will be communicated prior to the event. Cancellation Policy - **Customer Cancellation:** If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the event. - **Company Cancellation:** We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund of any payments made. Rescheduling Policy - Customers may reschedule their booking with a 24 hour notice without penalty and the paid deposit will applied to the new event. Event Guidelines - **Setup Requirements:** The mobile game truck requires a clear and accessible area at least 40 feet for setup. Customers must ensure that the location meets these requirements. - **Safety Regulations:** All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by the staff. The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not following these guidelines. Liability Waiver - All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to using the game truck.
